Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions
All deposits are non-refundable because this day will be given just for you and if you can’t make it that day, being self-employed means A Truth Healed Home can’t earn the money the money will be lost that day.

Please give a maximum of 5 days notice if you need to reschedule. I understand that life can sometimes be out of our hands so you must rebook your next session with Zodie the day of letting her know you desire to reschedule. The reason for this is there is a waiting list and that day can be filled with 5 days plus notice. You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid. Please note that I can have a waitlist of up to 4 weeks sometimes so if you do have to reschedule, you may have to wait up to 4 weeks.

If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want A Truth Healed Home services, you will lose your deposit because I will have kept the first meeting day free for you (this is not regarding the consultation, it is regarding my first day of coming to your property)
