Buying things that had purpose in life was never my first choice I always brought out of a want and not a need and as a result things got dangerous... though I liked it, though it had purpose in that moment I never used that piece again after that time, money was wasted and I soon started to realize over time there was a change in my environment not only did I see how my wardrobe was much more cluttered and how frustrated I was, I also recognised how being dishonest with myself left me feeling inside drained though I was smiling on the outside... I felt even more lost with my identity, my confidence was knocked, I was mentally drained trying to prove my worth and value based upon how I looked trying to be like everyone else as I felt how they were responding and gaining attention was what was going to bring me value and worth but it only left me feeling uncomfortable, I was confused and internally crying out for help and what I came to realise was that actually buying clothes was my way of covering up the hurt I felt and the root of it was I buying in order to fill a void/need that I believed would be filled and it didn't, it only made things worst for me, I brought more and more.

I think this shows that what we like to call "retail therapy" is not the answer to what needs healing on a deeper level cause truth is don't you just buy again & again? isn't the happiness short lived? The deeper matter is that you life needs to start from scratch and you need to look from a different perspective in order to have a different life, a life you have dreamed of and maybe this is you today not only with your wardrobe but your home too? but don't worry I totally understand what your experiencing I have been on a repetitive cycle of changing my style since 2013 until summer 2025 but building a Capsule Wardrobe stuck with me. As I was deep in my struggles with my wardrobe back in 2013 a way out was made for me and the method of putting together a 30x30 Capsule Wardrobe opened my life to transformation and to my surprise it didn't only change the way I viewed clothes which was seeing that actually having less is more, it also changed my whole perspective on how I saw myself with respect & individuality in the way I was made and what mattered to me, there was no need to compare myself but to see & find myself again and this is what I want this for you too!

With my room it has been a transformational transition since November 2024 and it was the same narrative, I was buying to be happy, my mental health was effected, I was decorating coming from the place of how others felt about their rooms which only matched their personality not my personality at all, I felt lost in who I was and I never had that comfortable feeling in my own home, always on edge to change something and after a while I saw how I was wasting my money, nothing had purpose but here I am today September 2026 with my room expressing the joy I desire to feel!

Here is what I found to be the solution to your problem... you have internalised the voices spoken to you and this has become your identity, expression, worth and value and this had made you loose sight of seeing & knowing who you are but I believe coming to know that those voices isn't truth and what truly is, is what will help you to break the patterns you are in and to truly experience what freedom feels like in your home & life so you can live with purpose!

At A Truth Healed Home there will be two important things I will focus on Number 1: Seeing you again my goal is to help you to discover your true-self again, to help you see that your wardrobe & home is not your life, your life does not consist of spending hours in front of your wardrobe still not sure on what to wear... I want you to see that once your wardrobe and home is exactly as you dream it to be your confidence in knowing that there is time in your day where you can have me time and receive the inner healing & growth that you need is at hand, there is time to spend with family & build relationships and there is time for you to do the things that has been placed on your heart and your created to live out because we all are created with a purpose & for a purpose which is to live the potential we see without clutter in our mind. In regards to your confidence I want you to discern your comfortable not what others has said and most importantly to transform how you feel from the inside in order to feel amazing the outside. Number 2: Bringing back order It's my goal for you to live your life intentionally & on purpose and for you to be living from a place of rest, peace and wholeness, having your mind and life flow from ease and joy. Clutter was never the intended design for our lives, the intent for our lives was truth over other voices, freedom, purpose, connection and expressing the unique beings that we are to the world to bless the world.

I totally understand the excitement and importance of having a wardrobe & home that we truly love because this is the place that we leave and come back to everyday but I am more aware of knowing how homely, stylish and unique to us we want our homes to feel & I am also understanding of your needs in helping you to save money and time, saying this my heart desire is to show you that I am committed to opening your eyes to see how the weight you have been carrying of your life and wardrobe can be lifted as you look from a new perspective which allows you to see that actually you have everything you need you just need to remove the excess weight that has been weighing you down and re-align yourself with finding your true identity to then see your life's purpose!
